What is NN2 visa?
NN2 visa is issued to foreigners who are:
- Managers of representative offices and branches of foreign traders in Vietnam;
- Managers of a representative office of a foreign economic, cultural or professional organization in Vietnam.
The duration of NN2 visa
NN2 visa issued to the managers of the representative office has a maximum duration of 12 months. If you are granted a NN2 visa, you can apply for a Temporary Residence Card with the same symbol for a maximum period of no more than 3 years.

Conditions to apply for NN2 visa
The head of a representative office of a foreign trader in Vietnam will be granted an NN2 visa if the following conditions are met:
- Have a passport or valid international travel document
- There are agencies, organizations and individuals in Vietnam to invite or guarantee
- Do not fall into the cases that are banned from entering the country
NN2 visa application procedures

- Original passports of foreigners.
- 02 photo 4x6cm with the white background.

Where to submit the NN2 visa?
The applicants and the guarantee company must submit the document to the Immigration Department at:
- Hanoi Immigration Department: 44-46 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
- Ho Chi Minh City Immigration Department: 333-335-337 Nguyen Trai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
The Immigration Department will return the NN2 visa result within 5 working days (maximum is from 7-10 days) from the date of receiving all the required documents.
