On a nice day in August, as usual, there was a long list of customers’ messages in Nhi Gia’s inbox waiting for consultation on such services as visa, immigration visa, temporary residence card, work permit, or entry approval for foreigners. Among such messages, the case of emergency entry of a British teacher – Ms. Debra Mann – was a difficult one and left a lot of impression on the staff of Nhi Gia in charge of handling the same.
With many years of experience in the industry, Nhi Gia quickly processed the legal documents for Ms. Debra; and, after a short time, Ms. Debra had entered into Vietnam on schedule and was quarantined in accordance with the regulations of the state agencies in Vietnam.
As soon as she arrived in Vietnam and was quarantined at one among the best hotels in the city center, she did not hesitate to share information about her trip as well as her thanks and encouragement to the staff of Nhi Gia, especially Ms. Kim Phung (Kimmy), for making great effort to give her the opportunity to enter and legally reside in Ho Chi Minh City.
